Stringozzi with black summer truffles are excellent seasoned with our products, ready to use, for example with truffle sauce, ground truffle, truffle sauce or whatever your imagination suggests.
INGREDIENTS:
Durum WHEAT semolina milled in Italy from wheat grown in Italy, water, black summer truffle (Tuber Aestivum Vitt.) 1%, Porcini mushrooms (Boletus Edulis and related group), aroma, egg white.
METHOD OF STORAGE AND USE
Store the product in a cool and dry place.
PREPARATION ADVICE: cook in abundant salted water for about 12 minutes then drain. Dress with truffle sauce or ground truffle and serve.
